How to request a refund

- We'll process within 1–2 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's not refundable
- Purchases older than 7 days (except as required by EU consumer law for digital services).
- Subscription renewals (you have to cancel before the renewal — we send reminders 3 days before).
- Refunds requested after a violation of our terms of service (e.g. account sharing, spam usage).
EU consumers
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive for digital services, provided the service hasn't been substantially used. By accepting our terms during checkout, you waive this right if you choose to start using Pro features immediately. If you don't waive, you keep the 14-day cooldown but you can't use Pro features during that window.
Subscription cancellation
To cancel:
- Open the extension and click the gear icon (top-right).
- Click Subscription → Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
No retention calls. No "are you sure?" tricks. No "pause" workarounds. One click and you're done.
